Macarons by Dani has been baking Macarons in Sydney since 2010.
With over 25 flavours, all of our macarons are baked to order using fresh ingredients for all of your special occasions (or midnight snacks!)


 

My Story

Thanks for stopping by! I'm Dani, a Registered Nurse and Mum of 2 beautiful kids! I work in an incredibly special area of health which I love, Paediatric Oncology, and have done so for over 12 years whilst running my small business on the side.

Back in 2010 around the emergence of Adriano Zumbo on Masterchef Australia, I was set on conquering the challenge of macarons!
I was determined to perfect the finicky, popular desserts and would bake thousands of them in the process.
My obsession with baking these sweet treats continued to grow and as I started to perfect my recipe, the next challenge was to develop unique and delicious flavours!


In 2011, I took the leap to start my own small business after many friends and family members would comment, "These are amazing, you should start selling them!".
Back then I believe I was one of the first, if not the first person in Sydney to start selling these delicious French treats from home, baking for customers all over Sydney for all sorts of events and special occasions.

 

All orders are completely customisable to suit your occasion and we would be honoured to be part of your next event!
